Neal Martin co-lead the “Washington Update” panel providing conference attendees updates and insights on the current political climate in Washington, DC, the potential impact of the November general election on tax-exempt bonds, the status of legislation in the 118th Congress to restore advance refunding and enhance small borrower, also known as bank qualified, rules for tax-exempt bonds, and the latest developments with the Congressional Municipal Finance Caucus.
