Michelle says, “Employers that wish to enable employees to fund Trump Accounts through cafeteria plans can design their programs accordingly, but there are many compliance requirements that must be met, including establishing the Section 128 Trump Account program and trustee/account administration, and updating cafeteria plan documentation, communications, and nondiscrimination testing requirements.”
