CaringBridge Names Deborah Daccord to its Board of Directors

BOSTON- Mintz is pleased to announce that Member Deborah Daccord has joined CaringBridge’s Board of Directors. Ms. Daccord is among industry leaders in business, technology, health care and the nonprofit sector who support and advise the senior leadership team at CaringBridge in charting the path of the organization in alignment with its mission.

Ms. Daccord is a nationally recognized leader in health industry transactions, focusing on complex M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financing and contracting for healthcare providers of all types. Recent healthcare M&A activity includes acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures totaling over one billion dollars. Clients span the healthcare spectrum, including providers of ambulatory surgery services, physician networks, dialysis services, vision care services, radiology services, hospital development and management services, fertility services, population health management, addiction treatment and behavioral health services. She has extensive project management experience and provides deal structuring, general counseling, regulatory advice, and strategic planning for both nonprofit and for-profit health care providers.

Committed to community service, Ms. Daccord also currently serves on the Board of Lasell Village, a life care community located on a university campus near Boston, and is past Chair of the Board of Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. She has also served as a member of the firm’s Policy Committee and Health Reform Working Group.

Finally, Ms. Daccord is a Managing Director with Golden Seeds, an investment firm dedicated to pursuing market returns through the empowerment of women entrepreneurs and the people who invest in them. Founded in 2005, Golden Seeds’ Angel Network has grown to become one of the largest in the country with over 300 members nationwide.
