Companies Are Going ‘Under the Radar’ with Climate Disclosures
ESG Practice Co-chair Jacob Hupart was quoted in a recent Agenda article discussing how companies are approaching the disclosure of climate-related targets amid a shifting political landscape.
Jacob says, "There is a greater degree of skepticism or hostility assigned to companies that are particularly vocal with respect to climate targets. By going under the radar, so to speak, companies may be able to meaningfully limit the risk they encounter in this changed environment."
