CREDA Event: Women in Real Estate Discuss Mentorship, Networking
Rebecca Lee participated in a Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Massachusetts panel discussion on mentorship, networking, and career advancement for women in the commercial real estate industry.
Rebecca discussed the impact of mentorship on professional growth and reflected on the role early mentors played in shaping her career path. She says, “I was really very, very lucky to have early mentors who could see much earlier than I could what my career path really could be.”
