Mintz Member Dianne Bourque was quoted in The Washington Post  discussing the potential use of mail-forwarding services to distribute abortion pills to women in states with abortion bans. Dianne commented on the prospective legal gray area and said, “If you’re not following the rules and not acting in good faith, there is a lot of trouble you can get into".
