Mintz served as regulatory counsel to WonderFi Technologies Inc., a Canadian leader in digital asset products and services, in connection with a definitive agreement to be acquired by Robinhood Markets, Inc., one of the world’s largest FinTech trading platforms. 

The all-cash purchase price represents a total equity value of approximately C$250 million, marking one of Canada’s largest FinTech transactions in recent years.
