Mintz and Mintz attorney Scott C. Ford were honored with awards from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense program, in a ceremony on October 13. 

Mintz received the Above and Beyond Award from the ESGR in recognition of the firm's support of Michael A. Pollack during his active-duty deployment to Djibouti last year. The award recognizes employers that go beyond the requirements of federal law to support members of the National Guard and Reserve and their families.

Scott received the Patriot Award, which honors supervisors and leaders who provide exceptional support to employees serving in the Guard and Reserve.
