Russell H. Fox, a Member of the Communications Section of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will participate in a panel discussion at the 2013 mHealth Summit. The conference will take place December 8-11 in National Harbor, Maryland.

The annual mHealth Summit delivers value for stakeholders across the mobile health ecosystem. The event uniquely gathers healthcare and technology leaders in government, the private sector, industry, academia, providers and not-for-profit organizations from across the mobile health continuum to advance collaboration in the use of wireless technology to improve health outcomes, reduce costs and create a new paradigm in health care delivery both in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Fox has extensive experience evaluating wireless telecommunications opportunities, including the deployment of new technologies, handling regulatory and legislative matters before federal and state authorities, and dealing with licensing matters before the Federal Communications Commission. He has secured regulatory approvals necessary for clients to offer new telecommunications services and products.
