Mintz’s Jessica Sergi Promoted to Of Counsel

Mintz Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC announced the promotion of   Jessica C. Sergi to Of Counsel.  Ms. Sergi practices in the firm’s Litigation Practice and is based in the Boston office.

Ms. Sergi’s practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters with an emphasis on government investigations, including investigations relating to health care, securities, and criminal issues. She represents corporations, officers, directors, and other individuals in all phases of government investigations, SEC enforcement proceedings, criminal prosecutions, and civil matters.  Jessica has particular expertise handling disputes under federal and state False Claims Acts.

Prior to joining Mintz, Ms. Sergi worked in the Federal Public Defenders Office and served in the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, Special Investigation and Narcotics Division. As part of the Mintz rotation program, she was a Special Assistant District Attorney and  investigated, prosecuted and tried numerous cases for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.

Ms. Sergi graduated from Boston College School of Law and served as a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
