Top 5 Immigration Policies To Watch In 2020

Chair of Mintz’s Immigration Practice John F. Quill was quoted in a recent Law360 article detailing the top five immigration policies to watch in 2020. In particular, Mr. Quill provided commentary on U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ planned revisions to the definitions of “specialty occupation,” “employment” and “employer-employee relationship” for the H-1B visa program.
