The Legal Services Corporation will honor Mintz Member Susan Finegan for her commitment to pro bono legal services in Massachusett. Ms. Finegan’s dedication to expanding pro bono work was a highlight in her nomination.

Mintz represents NuCana, which completed its approximately $114 million initial public offering. The United Kingdom-based clinical-stage company focuses on improving treatment outcomes for patients with cancer.

Brent Henry, the former Vice President and General Counsel of Partners HealthCare, has joined Mintz as a Member. The addition further strengthens the firm’s Health Law Practice at a time of increasing demand for sophisticated legal services.

Mintz has tapped industry veteran Rebecca A. Lee as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Development Practice. Ms. Lee, a Member in the Boston office, has extensive experience relating to land use and development permitting in the Greater Boston area.

Mintz Member Jeffrey A. Moerdler will join former New York Governor David Paterson at the 2017 Global Leaders in Real Estate Summit. Mr. Moerdler will join the Governor at the summit’s keynote session, “Conversation with Former Governor Paterson.”
