Karen S. Lovitch, Leader of the Health Law Practice at Mintz, is speaking at the 2016 G2 Intelligence Lab Institute. Ms. Lovitch will discuss the current legal and compliance “hotspots” for labs and pathologists.

Fifty-three Mintz attorneys have been named Massachusetts Super Lawyers for 2016 and thirty-one have been named Massachusetts Rising Stars. The findings will be published in the November 2016 issue of Boston Magazine and in a stand-alone magazine, New England Super Lawyers. 

Thomas R. Burton III and Sahir Surmeli, Co-Chairs of the Energy Technology Practice at Mintz, will serve on a panel of judges at the 2016 Cleantech Open Northeast Regional Finals. Mr. Burton and Mr. Surmeli will join a panel of six judges.

Mintz represented Right Networks in selling a controlling interest in the company to BV Investment Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the business services and IT services sectors. 

Stephen E. Friedberg, Member of the Mintz Real Estate Practice, is participating in a panel discussion at the Seventh Annual Provider Forum on Data Centers and Cloud Services Infrastructure. Mr. Friedberg will discuss factors to consider when selecting a data center site.
