Mintz advised Brooks Automation, Inc. on the company’s definitive agreement to acquire GENEWIZ Group, a leading global genomics service provider. The total cash purchase price for the acquisition will be approximately $450 million, subject to working capital and other adjustments. The transaction is expected to close by the end of this calendar year upon satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
