Premium Processing Option for All H-1B Petitions Reinstated

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that as of today, October 3, 2017, it has resumed the premium processing option for all H-1B petitions including for the conversion of pending petitions. USCIS reinstated the premium processing service for H-1B Cap-subject cases on September 18, 2017.

Premium processing gives employers the option of having a petition reviewed within 15 days for an additional filing fee of $1225. If the case is not reviewed within the 15 day period, the premium processing fee is returned.

Please contact your Mintz Levin immigration attorney with any questions about the premium processing option.
