Brody concentrates his practice on employment litigation and counseling clients on employment policies and workplace practices. He has experience handling a range of matters, including class action wage and hour, PAGA, and single-plaintiff discrimination cases, as well as advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws. Additionally, Brody has experience driving dispositive motion strategy, managing discovery, and preparing mediation briefs.
Prior to joining Mintz, Brody practiced as an associate attorney at a firm focused on construction law, where he represented employers in complex employment litigation and provided day-to-day employment counseling and compliance support.
Brody earned his JD, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned a BS in mathematics from Utah Valley University.
He is based in the San Diego office.
