Cassandra is an attorney whose practice encompasses a variety of matters in state and federal courts, including white-collar and government investigations, complex commercial litigation, and insurance cases. She has experience preparing legal memoranda, drafting complaints and motions, and assisting with discovery.
Before joining Mintz, Cassandra worked as a summer associate at a full-service law firm, where she drafted motions, assisted with subpoena compliance, supported hearing preparation, and authored research memoranda. Prior to that, she interned with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, contributing to successful sentencing and prosecution memoranda and supporting federal criminal investigations.
Cassandra also maintains an active pro bono practice.
She earned her JD from Boston College Law School, where she was senior editor of the Boston College Law Review. Prior to law school, she earned a BA, cum laude, in political theory and constitutional democracy and international relations from Michigan State University.
Cassandra is based in the Boston office.
