Colin is a litigator whose practice encompasses complex commercial disputes, white collar defense, government investigations and enforcement, and securities litigation.
He was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2022, during which time he assisted with a securities case and litigation involving a high-profile land dispute. In addition, he served as a legal intern for the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, where he researched and drafted legal memorandum for a case involving RICO violations.
Colin earned a JD with a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution. While earning his JD, he served as a student prosecutor in BU Law’s Criminal Law Clinical Program. In that role, he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases, drafted and argued motions to suppress evidence, conducted direct examinations, and delivered opening statements and closing arguments. He also served as the director of the Edward C. Stone Moot Court and was awarded the Best Respondent Brief prize in the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition.
