Esther advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including workforce reductions, employee discipline and terminations, discrimination and harassment claims, disability accommodations, restrictive covenant issues, personnel policies, employee handbooks, and wage and hour compliance. Esther also conducts internal investigations and witness interviews, evaluates personnel files, and advises corporate clients on labor and employment due diligence in M&A transactions. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Esther practiced litigation at a global law firm. Before entering private practice, she held human resources roles in the technology sector.

Esther earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She also received a master’s degree in human resources and employment relations from Pennsylvania State University and a BS, with high honors, in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
