Hollie concentrates her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. She has experience working on high-stakes matters including class actions, government investigations, and a broad range of complex litigation disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly focusing on matters involving LGBTQ+ rights.

Before joining Mintz, Hollie practiced at a top-tier international law firm in Washington, DC. In law school, she gained substantive litigation experience in both the private sector and public-interest settings, including as a law clerk at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. She also served as a legal writing fellow, mentoring first‑year law students and providing substantive feedback on their written briefs and memoranda. 

Hollie earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center. She received her BS magna cum laude in Psychology from the University of Miami, with minors in Criminology, Ecosystem Science & Policy, and Creative Writing.

She is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
