Hollie concentrates her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. She has experience working on high-stakes matters including class actions, government investigations, and a broad range of complex litigation disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly focusing on matters involving LGBTQ+ rights.
Before joining Mintz, Hollie practiced at a top-tier international law firm in Washington, DC. In law school, she gained substantive litigation experience in both the private sector and public-interest settings, including as a law clerk at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. She also served as a legal writing fellow, mentoring first‑year law students and providing substantive feedback on their written briefs and memoranda.
Hollie earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center. She received a BS, magna cum laude, in psychology from the University of Miami, with minors in criminology, ecosystem science and policy, and creative writing.
