Jennifer is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience advising and representing US and international insurers in complex insurance and reinsurance matters. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage, coverage litigation, and reinsurance arbitration and litigation. She regularly counsels clients on allocation issues, notice obligations, contract interpretation, and industry custom and practice. Jennifer has represented insurers in coverage matters involving directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), and employment practices liability (EPL) insurance, as well as reinsurance disputes concerning asbestos, product liability, and property damage claims.

Jennifer is a proficient litigator and trusted advisor. She has an extensive record of identifying and resolving issues and communicating effectively with insurance professionals and senior leadership.

She earned her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Prior to law school, she earned BAs in journalism and psychology from Emory University.

She is based in the New York office.
