Josephine concentrates her practice on complex commercial transactions, with a focus on technology agreements and vendor engagements. She has experience handling a broad range of commercial matters, including SaaS agreements, data protection agreements, master services agreements, and other technology-driven contracts. Additionally, Josephine has experience advising on regulatory developments affecting data privacy and AI and providing practical, risk-based guidance aligned with business objectives.

Prior to joining Mintz, she served as corporate counsel at a professional services firm, where she created and maintained contract templates and knowledge resources, supported procurement and vendor negotiations, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve consistency in legal guidance. She also represented financial institutions and companies in complex financial transactions at an international law firm, where she drafted and negotiated transaction documents and managed deal execution processes.

Josephine earned her JD, cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she was an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review, and a BS in biology from the College of William & Mary.
