Neelam is an attorney who concentrates her practice on corporate and transactional matters. She has experience supporting work across mergers and acquisitions, private funds, debt financing, emerging companies and venture capital, and capital markets. Additionally, Neelam assists with due diligence, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and researching regulatory considerations. 

Prior to working at Mintz, she held roles involving transactional research and drafting, reviewing deal materials, preparing reports, and supporting client communications. She also contributed to administrative research projects and previously worked in commercial real estate operations.

Neelam earned her JD from Boston University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor for Communications of a financial law journal. Prior to law school, she earned a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, with minors in Business and Psychology.

She is based in the New York office.
