Sarah leads firm initiatives around knowledge management and innovation. With experience in corporate transactions and legal innovation research, she supports practice groups by building streamlined workflows, maintaining practice resources, and guiding teams in adopting new technologies.
Prior to working at Mintz, Sarah gained experience as a corporate associate supporting complex corporate transactions, including diligence, drafting, and lifecycle counseling for emerging and established companies. She also collaborated across legal and operational teams on initiatives aimed at improving workflow standardization and evaluating new technologies for transactional practices.
Earlier in her career, Sarah held a legal innovation fellowship, where she analyzed law firm strategy and designed recommendations to improve knowledge management and workflow. Additional internships in real estate, judicial research, and client service strengthened her analytical and operational foundation.
Sarah earned her JD and MBA from the University of Richmond, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Board, and a founding board member of the Richmond Law & Business Forum. She also has a BA in economics and communications from Texas Christian University.
