Sav is an associate in Mintz’s Litigation Section and focuses their practice on commercial litigation matters across a broad spectrum of industries and subject matters, including complex insurance coverage matters, appellate matters, and bankruptcy litigation. 

In their insurance work, Sav represents primary and excess insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage disputes arising under representations and warranties policies and commercial general liability policies, assisting with claims adjudication and representing insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Sav has been an integral part of appellate teams in both federal and state courts and has authored numerous briefs canvassing a variety of procedural and substantive issues. In their bankruptcy work, Sav represents bondholders, strategizing pathways to maximum recovery of high-yield investments. Sav also represents debtors in bankruptcy litigation, defending clients in adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy courts across the country. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Sav worked as a law clerk for Chief Justice Mark V. Green of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. While earning their JD, Sav served as managing editor of the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal. Sav obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting, from Creighton University. 

Sav is a member of Mintz Pride. As of September 2025, Sav serves as Co-Chair of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association, after previously serving as the association’s Treasurer. They been a member of the Board of Directors since 2023.
