This presentation is directly relevant to how in-house counsel must perform their jobs, focusing on ethical and related considerations they confront. The subjects include: special considerations in-house counsel face with regard to the attorney-client privilege; the unlicensed practice of law issues faced by in-house counsel employed in jurisdictions where they are not licensed; and the monitoring of employees.

Seth R. Goldman is the Division Head for the Litigation and Employment, Labor & Benefits Sections at Mintz. He counsels clients on commercial, corporate, employment, real estate, and securities litigation matters.
