Mintz Member Dan Reing is serving as Co-Chair for PLI's Broadband and Cable Industry Law 2024 on May 14, 2024. He will also be moderating panels "Capitol Hill: Legislative and Regulatory Updates in Broadband and Cable Industry," "Pole Attachments and Permitting Developments," and "Developments in Media, Video, and Cable."

Mintz Member and Chair of Mintz's Technology, Communications & Media Practice, Angela Kung is speaking on a panel entitled "Updates on Rollout and Deployment of BEAD and Other Federal Deployment Programs."

This program provides a cutting-edge analysis of federal initiatives and FCC regulations. Plus, it will examine the latest negotiation and regulatory trends, current case law, and latest technology forecasts. Participants joined the country’s leading outside and in-house counsel representing cable operators, programming networks, and broadband service providers — and the regulators themselves — to gain an understanding of what has transpired in broadband and cable law over the past year and where we are heading.
