Member Joanne Hawana and Associate Jeannie Mancheno co-authored an article published by Food and Drug Law Institute on the rise of online grocery shopping, and the focus by federal agencies to modernize the industry.

The authors wrote, “As online grocery shopping increases in the United States, there is a parallel need to improve both access and labeling, and the federal government is keen on doing so.”
