Managed Funds Association, Other Groups Sue SEC Over Private Fund Adviser Rule
Member David Adams was interviewed by The National Law Journal about the recent court challenge to the SEC's new rules for private funds brought by a number of different industry bodies in the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
David said, "This could be part of a trend that we’re going to see moving forward with multiple SEC rulemakings, a lot is riding on this particular case, across the board.”
