Mintz Adds Leading ITC Litigator Robert Vlasis as Practice Co-chair

Robert Vlasis has joined Mintz as Co-chair of the firm’s International Trade Commission (ITC) Practice and as a Member in its IP Litigation Practice in Washington, DC, bringing a rare breadth of ITC experience that complements the firm’s globally recognized IP capabilities.

“Robert’s deep experience in high-stakes ITC proceedings enhances our patent litigation platform, which is foundational to Mintz and the innovation-driven clients we serve,” said Managing Member Bob Bodian. “Patent disputes play a critical role in today’s business landscape and having Robert in Washington further enhances our nationally renowned ITC practice as well as strengthens our ability to advise clients in key forums.”

A patent litigator with two decades of experience, Robert represents clients in complex, business-critical intellectual property disputes before the ITC and in other major patent venues.
