Mintz secured United States Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (“USCIS”) approval for Peak Resorts, Inc.’s application for the company’s proposed Great North Regional Center. This new privately managed regional center will serve as Peak’s exclusive EB-5 investment sponsor for future projects at its Northeast resorts.
“USCIS approved the regional center designation across state boundaries to encompass the geographical territory that tracks Peak Resorts’ strategic ski assets in the Northeast,” stated Douglas Hauer, Member and Chair of Mintz EB-5 Financing Practice.
Peak Resorts is a leading owner and operator of high-quality, individually branded ski resorts in the United States, operating mainly in the Northeast and Midwest.
