Mintz Continues Expansion with Addition to its Corporate Finance Capabilities

New York, NY – Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has expanded its Corporate & Securities practice with the addition of Anthony J. Marsico, who brings wide-ranging corporate finance experience and a strong focus in capital markets. He is regarded as a leader in structured equity and debt transactions, having worked with leading private investment firms to create innovative investment products and securities. He joins as a Member in Mintz New York office.

Mr. Marsico has advised on numerous initial and follow-on public offerings and other registered and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including: registered direct offerings; “CMPOs;” “at-the-market” offerings; public and private “equity line” transactions; “PIPEs;” debt-for-equity exchanges; and Rule 144A, Regulation S and other cross-border securities offerings. His clients include public and private domestic and international corporations; controlling stockholders; financial institutions and advisors; private equity investors and sponsors; management buyout groups; underwriters; broker-dealers; hedge funds; and investment banking firms.
