Mintz Represents Time Inc. in Acquisition of Cozi Inc.

A cross disciplinary team from Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.  represented Time Inc. in its acquisition of Cozi, Inc., Inc., a Seattle-based technology company with a leading portfolio of mobile and digital family organizing tools.

Leading the transaction on behalf of Time Inc. was Kenneth R. Koch, a Member in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice, with assistance from David R. Lagasse, a Member in the firm’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Practice, Cynthia J. Larose, a Member and Chair of the Privacy and Security Practice, Heidi A. Lawson, a Member in the Litigation Practice and  Jonathan R. Talansky, a Member in the firm’s Tax Practice.  Also assisting were Daniel A. Bagliebter and Jessica W. Catlow, attorneys in the Corporate &Securities and Employment, Labor and Benefits practices, respectively.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
