Some Employee Chatter About Abortion Decision May Be Protected

Mintz's Employment, Labor & Benefits Chair, Michael Arnold and Associate Corbin Carter were quoted in SHRM discussing how employers should keep in mind that some employee speech on the Roe v Wade decision might be protected by the National Labor Relations Act. Michael and Corbin commented on the employee communication regarding Dobbs and said, "Many employees may also wish to engage with their employers or co-workers regarding the effects of this momentous decision... 'These will not be easy communications'."
