Benchmark Litigation has recognized seventeen Mintz Members in its 2024 guide to the leading litigation firms and lawyers in the US. The firm was also acknowledged for its work in Massachusetts, being named “Highly Recommended” in the Commonwealth and received top-tier rankings across three practice categories, including General Commercial, Insurance, and White Collar.

Mintz advised global alternative asset management firm TPG in a strategic partnership with Surescripts®, the nation’s leading health information network. The partnership includes an investment in Surescripts through TPG Capital, the firm’s U.S. and European private equity platform.

Mintz Pro Bono Committee Chair and litigation member Susan Finegan will receive the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Thurgood Marshall Award at its annual meeting on November 14. The award “honors Boston attorneys in the private bar whose extraordinary work has enhanced the human dignity of others.”

Mintz is pleased to announce that 31 attorneys have been named Massachusetts Super Lawyers and 35 attorneys have been named Massachusetts Rising Stars for 2024.

Mintz’s intellectual property litigation group was named “Litigation Department of the Year” for the IP specialty category in the 2024 New England Legal Awards. The awards recognize attorneys and firms in Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. 

Mintz announced that it has been ranked in the 2025 edition of Chambers Canada. The firm was rankedin both the Life Sciences and Cannabis Law categories. Six attorneys were also ranked in individual categories including Life Sciences, Private Equity, Investment Funds, Cannabis, and Pensions & Benefits.
