Mintz Member and Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee Susan M. Finegan was selected to participate in Law360’s 2021 Access to Justice Editorial Advisory Board, which is a designated group of attorneys that provide feedback on the publication’s access to justice news coverage and insights on how best to shape future coverage.

Law360 featured the arrival of leading trial lawyer John C. Dougherty as a Member in Mintz’s Litigation Practice in Boston. The article highlighted Mr. Dougherty’s life sciences industry focus, and included his commentary on what drew him to Mintz, citing the firm’s multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to client service and focus on growth.

The American Lawyer published an article highlighting Mintz’s strong financials from fiscal year 2020, marking its sixth consecutive year of revenue increase. The article included commentary from Mintz Managing Member Bob Bodian on the firm’s success, which he credited to its strategic plan and focus on core practice groups, including life sciences. In addition to 2020 financials, the article detailed Mintz’s focus on adding laterals across practices and offices, and noted select high profile matters and pro bono work around racial and social justice. The article also captured how Mintz was able to achieve these outstanding results during the pandemic without conducting layoffs or furloughs for the firm’s roughly 1,200 attorneys and professional staff.
