Ellyn Sternfield, a Mintz Special Counsel, is quoted in this Bloomberg BNA Health Care Daily Report article on claims by congressional Republicans that Medicaid’s classification of EpiPens as “generic” lowered company rebates paid to the program.

Six Mintz Members will speak at the 2016 International Bar Association Conference. The Members are Robert I. Bodian, Richard R. Kelly, Heidi A. Lawson, Bruce D. Sokler, Stephen M. Weiner, and Laura Bange Stephens.

Mintz attorneys successfully represented adidas America Inc. in arguing against certification of a class action suit involving one of the company’s popular running shoes. The U.S. District Judge ruled the plaintiff did not present sufficient evidence that adidas’ Springblade shoes were defective.
