On November 7, 2018, Mintz will bring together thought leaders to discuss a wide spectrum of timely issues impacting employers. We will explore strategies for compliance with the Massachusetts Equal Pay Act, delve into the new non-compete law, and preview the upcoming paid family and medical leave law. Our program will also explore hot topics and best practices for a wide range of employment and benefits issues, including workplace investigations and wage and hour trends.

The keynote speaker will be Genevieve Nadeau (State Enforcement Counsel, Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General) and the program will include many of the great contributors to the Employment Matters blog.
