Abigail concentrates her practice on complex litigation. She has experience handling a range of substantive and procedural issues in federal antitrust matters, multidistrict litigation, and multi‑party commercial disputes. Additionally, Abigail has supported trial teams through discovery management, deposition preparation, expert work, and client communications.
Before joining the firm, Abigail worked as a litigation associate, where she conducted research, drafted motions, managed discovery, supported trial preparation, and prepared witnesses for depositions. She also previously served as a judicial extern, where she researched and drafted orders and observed courtroom proceedings.
Abigail earned her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in Public Interest Law and Policy and held a senior editorial role on a law journal. Prior to law school, she earned an AB in Public Policy Studies with highest distinction from Duke University.
She is based in the New York office.
