Gabrielle maintains a general litigation practice, with a particular interest in health care, white collar, securities, and government investigation matters. She has experience drafting complaints and motions and assisting with depositions and discovery.
Gabrielle first joined Mintz in 2024 as a Summer Associate, during which time she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on multi-jurisdictional litigation issues. She also completed a general counsel internship at a large Boston-area health care system, where she advised on compliance with health care regulations.
Gabrielle earned her JD from Boston College Law School, where she served as an articles editor of the Boston College Law Review. During law school, she authored two articles that were published in the Boston College Law Review: “Second Time’s the Harm: The Sixth Circuit’s Deliberately Indifferent Approach to Sexual Harassment” and “The Hidden Children of Homeschooling.” During her third year of law school, she worked in the Compassionate Release & Parole Clinic, representing inmates with life sentences at their parole hearings.
Prior to attending law school, Gabrielle worked for four years in the medical software industry. She also has a BS in public health science from the University of Maryland.
Gabrielle is based in the Boston office.
