Madeline concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters. She represents private equity sponsors and private companies in buy-side and sell-side transactions, including platform acquisitions, buyouts, strategic investments, add-on acquisitions, carve-outs, and dispositions. Madeline also advises growth-stage companies and institutional investors on venture and growth equity financings. Her experience spans a range of industries, including technology, health care, manufacturing, utilities, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Mintz, Madeline was a corporate associate at two law firms, where she represented clients in M&A, private equity, and venture and growth equity transactions. She also served as a teaching assistant at Columbia Law School for a course focused on M&A, corporate financing, and strategic negotiations. Earlier in her career, Madeline worked as a transfer pricing associate, assisting with intellectual property valuations, transfer pricing documentation, and M&A due diligence.

Madeline earned her JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in economics and psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
