Meray is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. She has experience supporting commercial and residential property operations and advising on a range of financing and transactional matters. Meray has worked with clients in the financial services sector as well as property owners and managers.

Prior to joining Mintz, Meray served as a finance associate at two global law firms, where she represented investment and commercial banks, private equity funds, public and privately held companies, insurers, and reinsurers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, structured finance matters, and cross‑border corporate financings. Her work included drafting and negotiating credit documentation; reviewing offering materials; conducting due diligence; and managing transaction closings. Most recently, she worked as a property manager for a family office, overseeing commercial and residential real estate assets and coordinating leasing, operations, and vendor management.

While earning her JD at the University of Virginia School of Law, Meray received a Pro Bono Certificate of Recognition and was involved in the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and the Student Bar Association. She earned her BA in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
