We are building our DC office to ensure its longevity and success together.

Joining Mintz gave me the opportunity to be part of a growing firm expanding in the Bay Area, which was very exciting to me. I wanted to go to a firm that had an established, well-known, and respected health care and life sciences platform for the purpose of leveraging some of the opportunities I have in my practice. Mintz also has a long history of supporting DEI initiatives, which is of great importance, and what is different here than at other firms is that it really is coming from the top down.

Mintz has a clear plan for San Francisco and for the future of my practice area, generally. Every meeting I have had with the firm — from recruiting through integration — has been tailored to me, incredibly well thought-out, and led by some of the most significant leaders in the firm. Within my first few weeks at the firm, I have been able to pitch and win new work with my Mintz colleagues. The Mintz team is second to none. I have never seen anything like it.

Mintz’s commitment to growth in Toronto has been remarkable. The firm’s energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and level of collaboration has far exceeded my expectations. Building a new office is a very large task, and Mintz has managed to integrate my partners and me in a seamless, well-thought-out, and inclusive manner. We immediately became a part of the Mintz team and are being supported in a way I couldn’t have imagined.
