Mintz advised Artemis, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on partnering with differentiated industrial tech companies, on the acquisition of Richland Glass Company, LLC, an Advanced Materials manufacturer of specialty glass containment products and solutions.
The acquisition strategically positions Artemis to better help customers solve some of the world’s most pressing life sciences and environmental challenges by addressing complex engineering obstacles.
This closing follows another acquisition Mintz completed on behalf of Artemis in December.
The Mintz team was led by Private Equity Co-chair Greg Fine with Member David Conway and with support from Special Counsel William Squires and Associate Garrett Galvin.
