Will Obergefell and Marriage Equality Alter the Legal Landscape for the LGBT Community?

Join Mintz Levin, the Human Rights Campaign, the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association, and Thermo Fisher for a celebration and legal discussion regarding the United States Supreme Court's historic Obergefell decision mandating marriage equality and the impact of that decision on employment policies and benefits in the workplace.

Jen Rubin, a Member of Mintz Levin's Employment, Labor & Benefits Practice Group, and Peter Kim, Vice President and Chief Employment Counsel for Thermo Fisher, Inc., will moderate the discussion, which will focus on Obergefell's impact on workplace policies and on other legal rights and relationships, and on what is next for future legal priorities for the LGBT community. We hope you can join us.
