Please join Mintz for a webinar on the new USCIS H-1B Cap Registration system. We will focus on the responsibilities of H-1B employers, including how to register and how to manage required “handoffs” between the company and outside counsel. Companies can begin registering as of February 24, and H-1B Cap registration officially begins on March 1. This presentation from the Mintz Immigration Practice will walk clients through the entire process.
