Mintz's Corbin Carter spoke to Law360 about a new set of rules in New York around the use of automated programs in recruiting and hiring. Corbin told Law360, "I think the rules give a really broad definition to what constitutes the automated employment decision tool. I think people are thinking about this in terms of robots, and it's not that complicated. There are sort of a lot of different tools here that are going to be implicated by this. And I think it'll come as a surprise to some employers."
