Chambers Recognizes Mintz Attorneys and Practices in 2024 Global Guide

Mintz continues to earn high rankings by Chambers Global, a guide to the top law firms and attorneys worldwide. Four Mintz attorneys and two of the firm’s practices are ranked in the 2024 Chambers Global edition.

Members Michael Renaud (International Trade: Intellectual Property, Section 337), Susan Cohen (Immigration: Business), John Koss (E-Discovery & Information Governance), and Michael Akkawi (Private Equity: Buyouts) are listed as worldwide leaders in their respective practices.   • Michael Renaud, International Trade: Intellectual Property (Section 337). Chair of Mintz’s Intellectual Property Division, is recognized for “primarily representing patent owners as complainants before the ITC” and “working with a range of clients, including semiconductor and electronics companies.”
  • Michael Akkawi, Private Equity: Buyouts.   • Susan Cohen, Immigration: Business. Founding Chair of the firm’s Immigration Practice, is noted in the global rankings for her “adept representation of international media companies and non-profit organizations on green card applications and immigration aspects of M&A transactions, among other matters.”
  • John Koss, E-Discovery & Information Governance. Managing Director of Mintz’s E-Data Consulting Group, is described in the global rankings as “ably advising healthcare and biotech companies on e-discovery matters.”
