Headquartered in San Diego, ElevATE is a leading fabless designer of low-power, high-density integrated circuits for the automated test equipment (ATE) industry.

The acquisition brings together ElevATE's expertise in high-performance integrated circuits for the ATE market with Diodes' broad analog and power semiconductor portfolio, global manufacturing capabilities, and worldwide sales and support infrastructure. Together, the companies are positioned to offer customers a broader range of solutions for the evolving semiconductor test market.
