More People Are Bringing Politics, Religion to Workplace, Testing Employers on Civility

Associate Delaney Busch was quoted by American Lawyer in an article discussing post-pandemic workplace and the need for employers to avoid any potential discrimination as the lines of what defines the workplace are now blurry.

Delaney commented, “Especially since the pandemic with more people working outside of a traditional office, and the fact that a lot of offices are allowing remote work, employers have to stay vigilant to make sure employees are protected from harassment and discrimination regardless of how blurred workplaces can be.”
